>>5661166>is backseating also used when people try that stuff on talk streams? As far as I know, the term backseating is strictly gaming-related and refers to giving unsolicited gaming advice. It stems from the term "backseat driving" where a passenger comments on your driving and may give you unsolicited directions/advice on your driving.
There isn't any official english netslang for 鳩, but "pigeoning", carrier pigeons, and tattling are good terms for it. The pigeoning problem isn't seen as a huge deal in western streaming culture.
Of course, it's still considered rude to loudly announce things not related to the streamer (i.e: hey I'm gonna watch X now see ya) but they're not nearly as strict about it when you mention other streamers in general because it can bring a good talking point up that may get clipped.
厨 is interesting because I looked into it and it originates from 中坊 (ちゅうぼう) which then spawned 厨二病 (ちゅうにびょう, chunibyou), a term I'm familiar with thanks to anime. Etymology is fun.
I know Rushia gets a lot of backseaters because she has this aura of helplessness and everyone wants to help her. The fandeads typically are actually pretty helpful in minecraft. They did save her from losing her elytra that one time when her cat spilled her tea and caused her to die. Despite the usual helpfulness of fandead backseating, ending that one minecraft stream early was definitely mood-related.
>>5662550There's an archive of the stream on bilibili, but I don't see anything immediately wrong with it. It's just another Uma Musume stream.
