>>5478623It's turbo jewish, yes. But the combat is pretty engaging, and when grinding in areas appropriate for your gear, it's pretty easy to get into a flow state where you're cycling through combos but also keeping an eye out for your specific class's mechanics/enemy movements.
That said, getting said gear is an act of insanity in and of itself because the only way to increase your chance of enhancing gear is to fail enhancement. And gear degrades upon failed enhancement, which means you're actively encouraged to gamble 'sacrificial' gear hoping it fails, so that the increased enhancement chance generated by the failure can be applied for gear you actually want enhanced.
Also failed gear enhancements consume durability and enhancement materials, the latter requires grinding and is in permanent high demand at the player-run market, and the former requires a specific item to restore (which you also grind for). Also the cash shop sells items that increase the durability gain from repairing damaged items. Because of course.
