Bijou's Kyoumen cover will pick up and get spillage from Suisei since the genre is very similar to a lot of her orisongs & covers, Youtube takes a few days to start recommending videos properly on the sidebar
The reason it's much slower now is because, well, Houseki no Kuni just wasn't that popular - it's a great property and an amazing pick for a first cover but the fad attention it got for being a good manga and a novel quality 3D animation was more overseas than JP, Bijou was very blessed to have the relay empty in to it in particular since that at least gassed the otherwise totally empty click engine
Love Me, Love Me, Love Me is a very popular song and the struck heart of the half-dead EN Vocaloid community is thumping slowly to life, you see a lot of not-Holo-fans in her cover's comments even if only some of them are subbing.
Kaibutsu meanwhile is an even more popular song, a standard "cool" style JP rock song to cover (Minato 12m views + Koyo & co. 10m views), and it's a duet cover which are universally popular, no surprise it's blowing up
