>>54889769No, read the post again. Christians aren't required to actively purge evil shit from the world, it's not a militant faith despite the catholic church historically pushing for it to be one. The bible literally just tells them to pray for evildoers to find redemption in Christ. As for alcohol, they drink wine regularly as part of transubstantiation, and there's no ruling against drinking in general either.
>By that logic that one muslim at my workplace is planning to blow the place up because company parties serve alcohol and pork.Given a lot of them practice Sharia law in all possible circumstances where they aren't prevented from doing so by law, yes and no. Fact is that most religious people bend the rules at least a little to suit the situation. The ones who are willing to bend the rules don't find much issue living alongside you, the ones who aren't don't venture into the lands of the sinners, so to speak. It rather depends on the sect and how much of the political engine they control.
Iran experienced such a shift in law when the muslims took control in the 70s, I think it was. Before that it wasn't too different from your average western country in terms of its legal system.
Point being, Reine isn't going to be stoned or splashed with acid. Indonesia is majority muslim, but it hasn't subverted the existing legal system yet. Most women in muslim majority countries also aren't stupid enough to provoke the radicals, and keep their business in the home.
