I kinda caught up with the thread and I'm glad youre still here, I know youve been bombarded with advice already but as someone that regularly watches 50 view vtubers maybe I can help you on the next step.
It's actually not that hard, Anon, are you likeable? I don't recall you saying where you stream but if it's twitch, you can actually get quite a bit of views by just being around in chats, be a regular in someone elses stream, become known and liked in their community but dont mention to anyone that youre streaming too. An easy way to become liked is by just gifting subs by the way, but you have to keep chatting actively too, maybe even in offline chats or discords.
I get the feeling that you're a little too proud of being a "streamer", statements like

Do you do anything to keep the community active? Any events or games you play together? Can your viewers participate in the stream more than just through the chat?
Once you got a few more viewers other problems come up like
