You've got HP and Mana bars down at the bottom. Those are pretty classic, so no need to cover those.
That "Full party" set of meters in the middle is a general overview of the status of your various party members. If you're a healer, you want to do stuff if any of them get too low.
Then you've got all those icons down at the bottom. Those are various skills and abilities. If one of them is greyed out, that means it's been used. They are used in sets (hence why tons of them are firing off at once), and generally you want to be using everything you've got.
Up above those are some status icons and their various stacks.
Limit Break up in the top left is a meter you charge up for a special ability
The thing with the diamonds near Koseki looks to be a meter unique to the Cleric class.
Then you've got the boss HP and some meters relating to the boss.
I've literally never played FF14, but you can break things down if you've played a lot of games.
