The BBC joke, there she was memeing, yes it was a joke that doesn’t belong in Hololive and is pretty off putting but it obviously was a joke.
The NTR stuff however is totally genuine, it’s like when /pol/ "jokes" about TND, it’s repeated so often. She was THE ntr vtuber, she ranked it as her favorite tag, she talked about how her fans "love to be NTR'd ln her streams", "nothing wrong with a little NTR", wishing "happy NTR day" and all those other twitter posts. She said in a stream how ntr is a way of life when someone said it’s her addiction, and she sounded so into it when she talke about it too. She even allegedly did private NTR commissions though I don’t have a source on that. Sure you can continue dismissing literally everything she said about it as a joke, but that has less of a basis to support itself. You can joke about ideas while still believing in them you know.
She might’ve gotten into it ironically, but she definitely became genuine somewhere along the way.
