You’re oversimplifying it to just kayfabe, but there is a general JP-like aspect (like JP-mannerisms, voice, language, kayfabe) that all come together, that most EN streamers aren’t familiar with or able to produce well, which Fuwamoco produce very well. It sets them apart. Like no one looks at Kronii and Fuwamoco, and assumes their JP-mannerisms are identical. It’s not the same.

People like making fun of le blue dorito brand, but it's true. It doesn't mean that holo talents are carried by the brand, rather it means hololive has the marketing and reach to expose their talents to a colossal audience instantly. Being talented =/= numbers, because there's no point in being the world's most entertaining streamer if no one knows you exist (see: fuwamoco's PL.)

But yes all holo talents are very successful as streamers, some more than others but successful nonetheless.

I'm gonna sound jaded as fuck, but: nobody "deserves" anything and they just got lucky that someone from Cover liked the idea of hiring sisters so they would both be on at the same time. They still had to audition like 5 times, maybe more, as they said. They did it it english and japanese, together and separately. That's not really "making it" or anything, they genuinely got lucky someone watching the auditions was a different person than those that rejected them before. It's the same as with any other job, it's all completely RNG and whether you get the job or not is entirely dependent on who the asshole looking at your resume is and what mood they're in during that particular day. That's all.
