>>56374190reps more-or-less involve doing a bit of reading and exercising. in your case, the walking would as your reps. shiorin does 10k steps each day, if you didn't know; in terms of step counting goals, i think it varies from anon-to-anon here. i personally try to get a certain time of cardio and lifting in, but i haven't been as consistent on the reading end. either way, good work on the walking, friend
