COVER IS A BLACK COMPANY

No.56902095 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
We all know this is a termination of both of them because they are forced off their usual schedules before the debut of Advent, and they keep Magni/Vesper in a limbo until few weeks after Advent debut to not get the attention away from advent.

So why is Cover adopting this strategy from Anycolor? Because there are infinite benefits from it, namely
>"graduation" makes it seems voluntary compared to "termination"
We all know both of them are not quitting any time soon, they have no reason to. Their career in holostars are more successful than anything they could've get and especially Vesper has no back ups.
>there are less commotion and anger if you frame it as "graduation"
People will be sympathetic to both Cover and them because it is not addressed as something mandated from the company
>Cover doesn't need to give a reason for their departure
>Magni/Vesper cannot voice give their defenses for their departure
2 of these points are the most important ones. If it really is a graduation there should be a ceremony for both of them like what Cover usually do, but instead they chose to go the black company route, because there is something behind the scene that Cover doesn't want you to know.
>they can graduate whoever they want from now on
If people didn't object to this, Cover can just do this to any of their talent from now on, with the procedure spelt out
1. Force the talents to stop streaming for period of time
2. Let the interest of the talents die down
3. Announce their "graduation" using their peers, who are pressured to maintain the "good vibes" or else they will be the next

Magni and Vesper are deprived of a chance to meet their fans for the last time. Do you still think this termi- I mean, "graduation" is fair? Do you think it will never happen to your oshi?
