In the end, that pokemon game's school section was too long and not fun at all, and magni should have played better and not killed two nuzlocke soul-link pokemon. It was clear that Vesper wasn't meant for the Holopro corpo environment and would at some point leave for menhera or workload reasons. I just didn't expect it this fast.
But I'm completely blindsided by Magni. I know that on hindsight there were probably a lot of signs, but I missed them. He always brough his A game to random skits, had great banter with everyone, didn't shy away from collars and managed the music side very competently too. There were so many things that were cooking that just got shit canned because of vesper and then in the end magni. I'm not mad at them for having struggles with the corpo vtubing thing, but they really did fuck over the other boys in general. Zomboid got shit canned, the anniversary got shit canned, DnD got shitcanned, so much shit, just gone. Only thing I'm really mad about though is the sidelining of the outfits for their updates then fucking dipping like a week later, more so at magni because reasons and being the best version though it does reflect poorly on vesper as well.

I can get over vesper and stick around for his future endeavors despite his suspension then japan arc basically being the beginning of the end for the golden age of tempus, but at least he keeps that shit close to the chest. Magni is just a drama queen and shat on his mama ruthlessly, bullied cover into getting her to fix his outfit, then fucked off cause he wasn't feeling the vtubing thing and and thought he would be at his best if he could play shitty gacha and act like a bigger whore, like that would make up for delaying the boys outfits. Also just fucking leaving them in the dust right before the anniversary. We don't know the details though so it will be interesting to see how the boys, altare in particular act from here on.

I feel like StarsEN has had terrible management from the start and just weren't compatible with many of the talents themselves and the constant inability to negotiate soured their expectations of the corpo experience. Talents wanted to go one direction, staff wanted a different direction, them being a newer, less mainstream branch meaning murky waters and whatnot. Always kinda felt like management wanted them to play it safe rather than take creative risks, discouraging them and possibly burning them out, but maybe that's just me coping.

The best parts of early Tempus were consistently them pushing the boundaries of what management would let them do. They overstepped those boundaries a few times but can you imagine anybody but Vesper revealing Axel's crush on Nodoka? Or dropping the "premarital sex" line?
