Multiple years later, she's been through a lot of changes. She helped me understand why people like following idols and enjoy watching their journy, has helped me experience it first-hand, has had lots of ups and downs, and now even has her own album.
As a fan, I want to say that this is about the point that my journy ends. It's not for any extremely negative reason, but more that she's made it. Holotori will do well, she has basically everything checked off for her personal goals that she could accomplish reasonably through Hololive, and the only real next step is some kind of lasting legacy which propels her career outside of Hololive (which I don't care about). I'll still check in, still stay a member, but she doesn't eat as much of my time as she used to because I've been skipping more and more streams.
I've been watching less and less of her over the last year. Beyond the completion of her main journey, she's been more and more pushing 'normie' mentality. She's always had a strong 'basic white bitch' sense of interests beyond her nostalgia and love of idol stuff, but her talking about her album cover soured me a little.
The dogs were a side kick for me for a long while and now that they're in Hololive, their streaming schedule has ramped up. I see a lot of the same 'watch them grow and succeed' potential in them as I did with Kiara, but less of the needyness/saviourfagging.
I'll be cheering them and Kiara (as well as 1 or 2 others) at any event they're in.
