What if Shiori beat Everhood offstream
>Shiori was wakened again from her slumber by Salt&Pepper's weight on her chest and tummy.
>"M...morning..." She struggled a bit to getup and dragged her feet to fill up the nyakuza's food bowl.
>However this time they seemed rather adamant about occupying their spot in Shiori's bed.
>Shiori tried shooing them away by taking away the pillow that is supporting half of Salt's weight, but the cat didn't budge, instead letting its fat butt slide right down onto the bed, making a funny swoosh sound.
>"Oh you guys..." Shiori was amused and gave up. She didn't feel hungry, so she sat down by the desk and started her daily routine of checking emails and stream prep.
>The game window that had remained open from yesterday irked her a little bit. She never likes having any extra windows open.
>"You shitty little game! Urgh...fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck!"
>Shiori is normally much more reserved and quiet when not streaming, but the frustration from last night did left a bad taste in her mouth. As if trying to flush that away, she started uttering those curses she seldom uses.
>"Just a few tries, we got a lot of time to kill anyway." Counting the hours between now and the time collab starts, Shiori maximized the game window, and clicked "restart from checkpoint."
>"Ah that damn song that haunted me the entire night." Shiori let out a short sigh as notes started falling down from the top of the screen and her hands instinctively started clacking away at the keyboard.
>The first try was terminated only a few seconds later. "Just a warmup." she thought, "Warmups don't count."
>The second try ended at the three consecutive blue light bars. "At least I remember how it goes now."
>Third, fourth, fifth, sixth. Shiori started feeling like her hands had a mind of their own now, cruising through the game until the little red guy met the same fate as before.
>Her lips felt dry and a thin layer of sweat started appearing on her forehead. Shiori combed away the few strands of hair sticking to her skin and moved one of her legs onto the chair: she always does that when she tries to concentrate.
>Seventh time. Shiori had her eyes fixed on the screen as the blue bars started appearing. Deflect, deflect, deflect. Wait, she passed them! Too early to celebrate though, as a fourth light bar soon approached.
>"OH OH OH Whatchamacallit, shoot the thing!" Shiori scrambled to find the right key and managed to get it just in time: the fourth wall was destroyed in a flash.
>She was in uncharted territory now. The adrenaline rush from overcoming the hardest part kept her spirits high and adventurous.
>The character on screen dashed and jumped like the most nimble of dancers, occasionally letting out an attack, narrowly avoiding death.
>Shiori could feel the beat and her button presses were starting to sync; to resonate. She is feeling the flow.
>After dodging through another rainbow of high octane guitar licks, the screen full of notes was no more. The frog crumbled on to the ground and the game returned to a dialogue screen.
>"THAT WAS IT? WHAAAT?" Shiori couldn't believe her eyes. She made it to the end. It's over.
>"Oh my gosh! I fucking love myself! MUHAHAHAHA" Shiori jumped up from the seat, bumping her ankle on the corner of the desk in the process. "Ouchuwu..."
>Shiori skipped to the bed on the other leg, planting her face into Kazuha daki, muffling the rest of her moan.
>"Nyow what...Wait! What am I gonna do for stream!?" The sudden realization quenched Shioro's newfound sense of accomplishment rapidly.
>"Do I have to beat that AGAIN on stream??? Awwww geeeeeeze FUCK ME!"
