The part that requires 2 braincells is crunching the video down into a webm. It has to be less than 4MB. The easiest app for this in my experience is WebMConverter (formerly WebMforRetards before github whined about it). Mess with the Resize option and CRF until you manage to crunch it to less than 4MB with minimal quality loss. It starts to look noticeably bad at 50 CRF, it'll be spotless (for a live recording) at less than 20 CRF.
Once you have your less than 4MB webm, rename the file to <title of clip> [sound=files.catbox.moe%2F<filename>].webm
It's %2F instead of forward slash because you can't have a forward slash in a filename. I like to just copy the sound tag from another soundpost and change <filename> based on what my catbox upload looks like.
