Even though it is a significantly smaller agency, the performance per talent is superior to Hololive average. (I mean who could dream to touch Pekora, really) and then you compare VShojo to other corpo of similar size and realized how good it is.
It's not flawless. Vshojo entirely operates on cronysm and nepotism. Froot being there means you have literal backstabbing bitch in your ranks. Ironmouse might ignore and ghost you for whatever reason (usually getting distracted by new people) so don't get too attached to her. However, other than that, there's still a lot of benefits, like not sharing stream revenue, massive networking with indies, and no permission autism.
