Japanese viewers are generally respectful, sane (ideologically), and won't set unrealistic expectations on her since she has a historically loose vtubing style to begin with.
The MV is very clearly a niche feature of the channel and won't overly influence her streaming content unless she lets it, and Ui herself seems to be avoiding streaming until the buzz recedes to keep it from bleeding into her streams too much. That or she's too busy negotiating a record deal together with IOSYS to stream.
All that said, she can forget about ever getting her fandom to stop calling themselves gomi or abandoning Loli Ui now. Lolidomming her fandom in a music video has become a permanent part of vtuber history, probably much more definitive of her reputation than designing Subaru. There's a good chance the new MV fandom spawns a demographic that doesn't watch streams but pesters her for more loli MVs, there's not much she can do about it other than try to capitalize on or disperse them if it happens.
