Why is Cover so SHITTILY run?

No.60243042 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
>Start new branches with 0 support, don't even pay for their starter equipment
>Let tech-illiterate talents struggle with tech issues for years, make no attempt to help them
>No standardized equipment despite every employee doing the same task (how hard would it be to bulk order functional streaming PCs for the girls?)
>Permissions "department" is both lazy and incompetent (just one guy going on vacation deadlocked perms for a whole summer)
>Piss away your money trying to make your own game studio, only gain the capacity to produce shovelware-tier games very slowly after 3 years
>Keep physical records of your permission forms which can be lost and prevent employees from streaming
>Be stuck with the worst Live2D app on the market, keep using it out of pride, keep hiring dogshit riggers and validating terrible art jobs (IRyS, Magni, Vesper, etc.) frequently leading to demandes for complete model retakes - despite being the most famous and wealthiest Vtubing corp worldwide
>Schedule EN meetings in the middle of the night for some of your talents, despite JP-NA having infinitely better overlapping timeslots
>Fly your EN members to Japan every two months instead of creating local accomodations and setting lower expectations for overseas members - causing talents to break down crying on stream or stop working completely
>Through all the above, project a massive aura of not giving a shit, demoralizing many of your employees
>Have outright hostility between your talents and managers, talents almost never speak about management positively and frequently let their frustrations slip on stream
>Constant flip-flopping between promoting your male branch to a female-watching audience who doesn't want them, and hiding them away

What the fuck is up with the decision making at Cover? Aside from the pathetic attempts at game development which are no doubt fueled by megalomania, every single issue I listed above is:
>a. Losing them money, directly or indirectly
>b. Has an obvious, easy-to-implement solution
>c. Should be apparent to a child

Is there something in Tokyo's water that causes everybody's IQ to drop by 30 points? What is going on?
