That's a little over half a year from the auditions opening, I have no idea how that stacks up to other companies but we all generally understand that the auditions were scuffed to hell and the staff member responsible for them was let go.
To her December debut, that's still ~8 months which is longer than the other two.
Like the other two, she got a brand new model and stream assets, which should at least put her in Matara's time frame.
She also had a 12-minute lore video produced, as well as an extended scripted/pre-recorded segment which she wrote, recorded and edited all by herself. And that thing, she said, took multiple months to finish.
So when you actually know what you're talking about, it's not that crazy that it took Haruka so long to debut.
