Suisei DID NOT say that.
The clipper just made up a sentence from nowhere.
This makes her look bad. Some people are misled and complaining about her attitude.
Here is what she said.
JP: "まあ通ってない、まあ通ってないんですけどね" (maa kayottenai, maa kayottenain desukedone)
EN: "Well, I'm not attending, I'm not attending (an English language school for now due to my tight schedule), you know..."
The HoloEN manager told her to get serious about improving her English skill and also to look for a decent English language school (skipped in the clip), but right now she just can't make time due to her tight schedule (1:26).
1:07 "I will ask Coco to become my english teacher"
This part sounds like she read the comment.
JP: "会長に英語の先生してもらおう" (Kaichou ni eigo no sensei shite moraou)
EN: "Ask Kaichou to become your English teacher"
1:19 "if let mom-machi do it, it will solve"
JP: "代わりに母街デビューさせれば解決" (kawari ni haha-machi debyu sasereba kaiketsu)
EN: "Let haha(mom)-machi debut instead (of you making time to study English) and it'll be solved"
Again, some people were misled as if the comment recommended haha-machi to become her English teacher instead of Coco. Suisei's mother is/was an English teacher but that is not the point of this conversation.
There are still some minor mistranslations but I'll just stop here.
