After years of hating big corpos, to finally end up in the biggest one probably made it look like she sold out. She likely intended to collab with males and indie friends to prove a point which is why she said what she said, to prove to those who know of her that she hasn't dropped her values for $$$ just because she's in Hololive, but after the relatively huge gain in numbers, popularity and attention, Shiori soon realized this was actually a fresh start for her with new excitable fans to whom she has nothing to prove with VERY deep pockets, so she decided to not collab with males...for now. I'm sure /vt/ didn't help either.

Her old fans are now only a ripple in a giant wave of new gosling cult schizos, so they're too lost in the crowd for her to even care anymore. They're slowly leaving. She's not actually scared of collaborating with other members for she's in open vc all the fucking time with her EN senpais (to compensate for the lack of collabs), she's just trying to make out what she said during debut was about not collaborating at all when we all know the truth. If she didn't have her woman moment during debut she 100% would be collaborating like everyone else for she's clearly not scared of chatting and gets on well with everyone. Shiori sold out and she should be ashamed of herself.
