Why didn't they just give the model to someone else after he was fired? like to any normie that doesn't care about the backstage politics he was just a manager but besides the Tempus comic he never did anything, he never spoke and we barely knew what his personality was besides being a Chuuni Lorefag so it could have been easy to find someone to replace him.
like I am sure someone in the company backstage could take over as a new Omega and no one would notice or care instead of wasting a good design.
