the crux is whether or not you are able to guess all the answers before getting three wrong guesses, after which the opposing team can try to answer and steal that rounds points
at the end the team with the most points wins
in the real game show where money is earned, a speed round called 'fast money' is then played where two people from the winning team are chosen to give answers to a few survey questions, still trying to pick the most popular answers for the most points but with the caveat that the second person doesnt know what the first person answers and also cannot give the same answer in their round
