To go Holo she'd need to first graduate Niji, then wait for auditions to open, then hope to pass them. Maybe Kiara can influence things a bit, but that's dubious.
Meanwhile for VSJ she just needs her... what is it, three or four friends there to convince Gunrun. And unlike Holo this can probably be established informally before she graduates, meaning she'd be quitting sure she'll have a safety net already.
(All of this assuming she does intend to bail of course)
