As an example. let's say that I, an average anon (not a superwhale who dumps 50-100 gifts and several akasupas every stream, but still watch majority of streams and try to comment acceptable amount of times), suddenly die tomorrow.
5views probably didn't even knew about my existence in the first place - their chat is too fast, so one average viewer will quickly get replaced by a new one.
4views on higher end (8-9k) are pretty much similar to 5views and won't notice my disappearance. 4views on lower end (3-4k) usually have decent speed of chat, but even if they do remember my comments they'd still give preference to their top contributors (and I can't blame them for that). So unless my comments were top notch and always hit the mark they'd quickly forget about me.
3views usually have slow chat so they have enough time to read most of the comments. If I was watching and commenting on their streams for a long time, they'd probably notice and try to look me up on social media, but after finding my accounts abruptly abandoned they'd imagine that something happened IRL and nothing could be done about it, so eventually they'd move on.
2views would probably blame themselves for my disappearance and try to figure out what did they do wrong that caused me to abruptly stop watching them (basically they'd take my disappearance personally)
1views might just lose motivation to continue doing their vtuber activity, especially if I was watching them for a long time.
So yeah, unless people swap to watching a different vtuber en masses while their oshi is currently streaming I think only 1-3views would care
