Riku Tatsumi and the rest of the founder members, decided to cash out 90% of their shares, to get money and just maintain their positions in the company.

Yagoo and the rest of the founder members, decided to cash out 49% of their shares, to get money but also maintain the majority of vote at the stockholder voting and maintain their position and majority in the company.

That's why Nijisanji (Anycolor inc) doesn't give a fuck about their talents because most of the decisions are made by anonymous stockholders that have a majority of votes, so they decide the direction of the company.

While Hololive (Cover corp) care about the talents because the Yagoo and the founding members at the beginning of the company still have a majority of vote in the stockholder reunions, so they pretty much decide the direction of the company.

Gura is done completely with Vtubing and is only hanging around still because Cover is giving her free money to week a few days a year because she is such a big part of the brand. Her graduating would be devastating especially when they would have to tell the shareholders after her being the headline in multiple meetings.

Hololive EN is actually extremely mismanaged and is part of the reason why :
a. Coco's e-mails got ghosted for months.
b. We had basically no NijiEN + HoloEN collab for a very long time. Sure it's more fun to point NijiEN as the culprit but you know truth always hurts.
c. Kanauru ended up doing like 80% of their contents, leading up to frustrations like this >>61911082 due to restricted creativity freedoms.

You're partially correct though, NijiEN ended up blocking collabs, however you have to understand the root that caused all this : HoloEN management's incompetence. NijiEN had a good projection during those mid 2021 - early 2022 period, and by collabing with HoloEN they would've boosted the statistics further. But as you know it they got ignored, so they retaliated by blocking all collabs with pure arrogance.

Holostars makes money though, otherwise they all would have starved by now. Despite what the catalog would like to tell you they aren't actually subsidized, at the beginning most of them were working real jobs and living in shared apartments, which isn't the case anymore. Obviously they don't have the same back-office support and aren't making 100 Gurillion dollars a month but they sustain themselves.

My rrat is that NijiEN has become to be hated by NijiJP for it's unprofessionalism and the damage they've done to the brand. Nobody there wants anything to do with them anymore, and it's why nobody is invited to events or collabs unless it's Kotoka or Meloco unless management forces them to invite them somewhere
