I think his lack of interest in sex is his general disgust with other people. He's a neat-freak and he talks about needing to constantly brush his teeth, shower and wash his hands. He doesn't like 3D porn because he literally imagines the smell and he hates it.
I feel like Randon/Vesper is the worst person to be jealous of because of how unsuccessful he is sexually. At worst, any given person in this thread is pretty much even with him.
