Romeo has one attack where he will run past you and then do a delayed scythe uppercut, so now she's paranoid of his back and won't attack him even when it's a free hit after he misses a horizontal slash
She's scared of a nonexistent followup after his red downward kick, so she won't attack there either
She parries really well but it doesn't help if you never try to take advantage of most of the actual openings
