And we've seen cracks forming in the sheen of HoloEN over the years. It's clear that Hololive is better at treating the talents than Niji, and the stronger EN brand recognition means greater success which cures a lot of ills, but we're only a minor incident away from possibly seeing HoloEN graduations en masse.

I'm a Niji fan and still watch EN streamers, so I'm sure people will say I'm coping and seething but honestly this just feels more like VShojo's playbook. The first thing Kson did after announcing she'd moved to Vshojo was make a PowerPoint presentation showcasing how much better the allocation of revenue was compared to Hololive and proceeded to shepherd Nazuna in. The first thing Mousey did when playing Minecraft with Henya was bombard her with comments about how emotional and thankful she was that Henya chose Vshojo. Now Mousey is going hard in the paint about talking about Matara's relationship with management and how happy she is.

Management probably aren't putting them up to this, but I do feel like Vshojo members have some sense of obligation to legitimise the company relative to JP corps because they've largely been perceived as drama-ridden e-thot indies. I do think Matara had issues with management though.

I feel like vshojo's rep has definitely improved (even /here/), especially after Henya joined, but right now after Kuro and Matara their rep seems to be "that group ex-nijis go to because it has a better working environment" and I'm not sure that's all that great.
