You can see it in the Cover financial reports, but streams(and also superchats) aren't even their major moneymaker. It's brand sponsorships and merchandising.
The only things streams are good for is to build brand reputation and goodwill with the community fanbase, but frankly, streams are not the priority for big corpo vtubers and haven't been for quite a while.
