I think they are on much worse deals than the initial Tempus was, and they kind of do need 4 new members with Vesper and Magni leaving, and Bettel almost certainly soon to follow. They can't lose 3 members and expect to sustain any kind of presence in the market. I imagine they'll be given very little resources going forward unless they prove to be a breakout success, which seems virtually impossible.
