I mean, it's a fact that Coco was responsible for the exponential grow of Hololive in the West, but just remember that Coco could've been booted before she pitched in the idea for HoloEN had Fubuki not made a stance when the Chinks were hard at bullying Coco.
Fubuki had a huge impact on Hololive, and discrediting her is not fair.

OK you know nothing about what your talking about. Hololive had it's explosive growth in the west before Coco debuted. No one member can be credited for it, it started with Matsuri playing Cat Mario, Miko playing GTA, and as well as a few other things. Coco basically played no role in the expansion of the western fanbase, not anymore than any of her gemmates.

You're not wrong, except the last bit, she was definitely a facilitator with her organizing collabs that catered to the western audience. The expansion to the west was already happening and it would have reached the level it did regardless of her presence but she did speed up the process.

Most of these streams are English teaching streams which are mostly in Japanese.
They missed the meme reviews with Haachama, Calli, and Kiara. So that makes 10.
Her first meme review happened one month before EN debuted.

She really didn't catered to the western audience until after HoloEN debuted.
One interesting thing I notice is that her early streams were filled with asacoco, while her final streams were filled with meme review.
Considering that management limiting coco (such as ending asacoco) was what made her graduate, maybe it was management making her catered to the western audience that made her graduate.

The meme posts were huge and the algorithm seemed to spread them to everyone. I think copyright stopped her from doing any more which is a shame. She is (or was back then at least) really up to date with western memes, which is rare for a JP.
