>>63066257A simple question with a very complicated answer. At the beginning of HoloEN, I think Mori fully anticipated in leaving early and trying to put that clout into her RM's career. As Myth blew up, she realized she wouldn't be able to do that without it ultimately being a step backwards. Because of this, she started just being a normal streamer, and this was how she functioned for a long time, at least until the UMG deal. With the UMG deal, she started realizing that being Mori was her endgame, and not just a stepping stone. She started focusing more and more on her work, both in music and in streams. Tempiss actually plays a massive part in why she's so much better now. Mori really attempted to supercharge them into being at least at a similar level as the girls were early on, but as this pipe dream was shattered, she stuck to the squad (Mori, Kronii, Dumb & Dumber) as collab partners. As Dumb and Dumber quit/were fired, Mori realized that they had done what she originally was going to do, and being so hurt from it made her reevaluate what she is as a vtuber. She's more than just someone that people like watching, and she needs to be able to get along and fit in with the idol dream. It's why she's completely ignored Tempagpag, barely acknowledged her role in Dingo's group cover, and hasn't done any male collabs outside of that cover for months. She's genuinely trying to change for the better now. As all of this has happened, her genmates have all regressed or become burnt out. Ame went full unityfag and is still at that. Ina has her efforts split between commissions and streaming, and has burnt herself out many times. Gura is fully burnt out of streaming at this point, and wishes she could just do promos and concerts at this point. Kiara is very disillusioned with both EN and JP management with how poorly EN has been treated over the last couple years. Mori is the only Myth member to stay 100% focused and moralized on her activities. This isn't to say that any of them are going to graduate, because I can really only see Ame going down that route somewhat soon. Kiara and Gura love the idol dream and would never willingly leave it, and Ina seems very content with her rotation of streaming and taking breaks.
