Nepotism is common on any industry, and entertainment industry even more so, but bragging and talking loudly about it is bad for everyone, you sound so incompetent that needed to enter by the back door, the person that recommended you will look like an idiot, the company will look 3rd rated, your coworkers will look down on you and future employees will get demoralized
