Why don't agencies allow their vtuber talents to take long hiatus vacations? The burnout usually lasts than a month with these kinds of creative/idol/streamer kind of works. If you are just going to go with unannounced and unscheduled off-time, not only it will stress out the fanbase, but also make the vtuber stress out and completely null the whole relief aspect of having to take off-time, if not outright making the burnout worse.

I know it sounds illogical for something so seemingly easy and casual to be able to cause such massive burnout in some individuals, but it's absolutely real and not acknowledging the fact will only make things worse and eventually have the agencies lose their long cultivated talents. With some white collar jobs, a corporation might be able to sweep things under the rug with questionable practices, but with streamers it becomes super obvious to everyone eventually.

TL;DR
If you are going through menhera issues and/or lose the drive necessitating a break, take a properly long and scheduled one or not at all. Don't half-ass it.
