I mean, fucking look at the Hololive experience in 2023:
>Can't play games unless they're approved (half of mainstream games aren't)
>Can't play certain games unless you fill out a form EVERY STREAM
>Can't get permissions for indie games unless the support staff feels like doing their job
>Can't sing karaoke unless it's on your karaoke app
>Can't make any references to brands even if they come up in everyday context
>Can't talk about anything happening irl, history-themed chuuba can't even do history streams
>Can't use custom 3d models or accessories without submitting a form
>Most of your project ideas get shot down for no reason
>What managers do suggest is retarded shit (Gura please sing crazy frog)
>You can fund a project completely out of pocket and have it cancelled at the very end
>Get no support, have to fund your own shit, figure out your own shit, and hope it pleases Cover (else they will just tell you no)
On top of that the support staff seems slow as fuck, has laughed at talents for asking shit before, has berated talents, and actively shirks their responsibilities according to the girls. I don't care how much "japanese autism" justifies this, you gotta look at it from the perspective of the people they're hiring. No one wants to deal with this shit.
No wonder the talents are burning out and hardly try.
