Cover has plenty of yabs they are just good at running damage control. Talents have gotten bored with Hololive and skipped out on a 3D anniversary collab. Talents have lost their temper and told viewers they are wasting their lives watching Hololive. Talents have shown a Taiwan flag which escalated into a fight with China which resulted in an entire branch getting shut down. Their have been several mysterious "graduations" in both Hololive and Holostars where talents were obviously fired and paid shills did their best to convince people they wanted to leave. That doesn't even get into the Mel incident where she had to hire a lawyer that got the police involved because Cover wouldn't fire her manager and resulted in major policy changes.

Cover made changes to which employees can access personal schedules of Hololive talents. Mel's manager was able to stalk her because any employee could access their schedules so even after being assigned to a different talent he still knew her entire schedule. Holo's worst yabs are Coco, Rushia and Magni/Vesper yab.
While Niji gets the same level of those yabs almost monthly.
Even if Holo girls makes mistakes, like accidentally leaking A WHOLE discord server, people can't find any faults because the girls are professional enough not to put any shit out of there.

Besides, the nigga clip wasn't the only reason Hololive started experiencing rapid growth. Coco would've been there to bring in EOPs, the Youtube algorithm would've still given Koro-san the corona boost, and Tama/Sio didn't need Miko to sabotage .Live and many other popular vtubers.
