Lies of P could POTENTIALLY be harder, if the player refuses to utilize any of the mechanics given to them.
But Sekiro is absolutely harder in any other circumstance because it doesn't let you deviate much from a singular type of playstyle.
Anybody who thinks otherwise hasn't played both of the games.
