This means that, for over a year, Pomu has been unable to use her 3D and missed out on tons of opportunities. She had planned to do her idol karaoke stream in 3D, but won't be able to. She wanted to stream with Kiara in 3D, but won't be able to.
Because Pomu's 3D doesn't work, she was forced to resort to shitty VRchat streams. Nijisanji also blocked her from using the models her fans made for her, so she has to use other characters instead. Wearing the bulky VRchat headset cused her to get nauseous, and one time it even caused her to get seriously injured and bleeding on stream.
All it would take is about 5 minutes to fix Pomu's model, but Nijisanji abjectly refuses to do so. This might even cause them to lose Pomu altogether, but they do not care.
Nijisanji is either incredibly incompetent, or incredibly malicious. It's probably a combination of both. I actually think they are racist. Despite having 36 vtubers, they have not hired 1 single white girl. The closest thing to a white girl they hired was Pomu, and they treat her like absolute shit. They act like japanese supremacists and seem to resent Pomu for attempting to integrate with Japanese.
