He's referring to Lumi's ex-mod. Basically, he was a doxfag, and Lumi might've kept him around longer than she should've because he was a large donator. And Lumi antis take this as "evidence" they were dating.
But really it was just Lumi letting greed get the better of her, at worst. But we don't even know when she found out he was a doxfag, so it's entirely possible she dropped him as soon as she found out, and she just found out later than the other CL girls or didn't wanna believe it at first.
