HoloJP built a large English following thanks to clips and them being accepting/welcoming of EN viewers, with many of those fans moving to Myth once they debuted.
NijiJP had nowhere near the same amount of clips, and the JP livers weren't as welcoming/accepting of EN viewers, so there wasn't many EN fans to move over to Lazulight.

Not enough time. If they spent about a year pandering to CGDCTfags and Unicorn they all would've reached Council status at the very minimum. If Niji management were any more competent they could've delayed Luxiem's debuts for a while until these girls reached their max potential. But they couldn't wait to ACCELERATE.
