Haruka is legit autistic (diagnosed) and just kept asking Pomu about a surgery even when it obviously made Pomu uncomfortable.

I don't have a clip at hand, but back in 2021 Pomu anounced she was taking a break for an unspecified surgery the day after a big NijiEN x vshojo + orbiters collab and through all the collab Haruka was being super autistic and constantly asking Pomu what the surgery was for, which made Pomu visibly uncomfortable, it doesn't help that people were speculating st the time that she was getting a mastectomy because of early breast cancer.

Pomu? more complicated. it's been a while since selen and pomu have collab'd but it did appear like pomu was one of the only members in the branch she was on relatively good terms, so it's more than likely pomu has done what she can privately and is just trucking on.

Elira is just concerned because Selen is getting the suspension on new year on top of getting her christmas upload removed.
Management probably told her to stream so she did.
