As someone who lives in the same Province as her, I've been Hospitalized over the weekend twice this past year. The most recent just this past summer.
You cannot be discharged without the approval of a doctor or one of their assistants. Doctors don't work on the weekend unless it's an absolute emergency, and the assistants, while they are there, don't get into the Hospital until 7am in the morning. They also leave at around 8pm that night.
It's IMPOSSIBLE to be discharged over the weekend, between that time period if you've been admitted. The fact that she posted that tweet at 4am in the morning means either it's NOT her, or she was never IN the Hospital in the first place.
Because it's not possible for her to get discharged when she said she has been.
