The reason this happened is because she wasn't a good judge of character.
She can't undo the past, but she could try to do a therapy of her past to remove the people from her childhood who were similar from her life to stop attracting these people.
Because she thinks the behavior of a narcissistic manipulator is normal, she attracts them.
I don't think that's a reason for Hololive to fire her however.
She would not do the same mistake a second time and would not have done it if she received proper psychological support as the company promised...
