Just like Cover, they got a bunch of talented people from the NND exodus, but a lot of them have been leaving the company or have stopped streaming entirely.
If the company was a lot more "behind the scenes" and just letting talent organize everything, ACCELERATE might have worked.
But they're doing too much corpo shit, they have their fes, singing shows, koushien and a bunch of other "unity" related shit, where they cram in people with very different personalities who have to suddenly work together and establish a vibe between themselves in like 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, Cover is just letting talents do their own thing, with all corpo shit being optional (only pressure is peer pressure and FOMO e.g. Amelia's case). They also provide bts support for talent organized events and elevate talent founded groups like Shiraken into official units with their permission.
This is the ideal way for even companies with 200 talents, because the groupings are far more organic that way, and there will be far less conflict compared to when they're forced together on a whim.
