I don't think Nijisanji's business strategy is fundamentally bad, even if no one else follows it.
>Company wins as long as the sum totals of its livers turn a profit
>If you debut 20-30 livers per year and they're stuck in 500-2000, you as a company win if in total they make money
>"Console warriors"(the majority of viewers) always have someone to bounce to if someone graduates
>You are immune to a talent going rogue or needing termination
>Can form gigantic collaborations
>Lots of talent with various skills
Fundamentally the only people getting a bit shafted are the talent, as everyone wants to have 10 000 live viewers and with a company this big it's never going to happen. Ultimately I think the first company to copy Nijisanji's human wave tactic while also providing decent management for the talent is going to reap great rewards.
