Really, the main issue was the fact that NijiEN made the mistake of saying she got out of the hospital because had they not done that, there would be plausible deniability for saying she was still too sick and stuck in the hospital. That wouldn't have stopped information from getting out from Selen's personal activity being noticed but it would have prevented this from happening now.
