In all likelihood non-domestic branches are probably not looking so good and don't warrant the investment. Like Selen wasted 200k on projects and didn't make a profit, that's not exactly management's fault. They can't make her entertaining, and her current 5 minutes is only due to the drama. The same goes for small corpos, they can't invest in their talents like a bottomless pit if they're a 2view or 3view. At a certain point it's not just management's fault, but also that the talents failed.
