>>68532817VSPO EN have had auditions open for more than six months now. I applied, got views and it went nowhere. If I had to guess, one of the following is ongoing:
>Choice in gamesVSPO EN might be targeting the west, but it's still Japanese at the core. I applied with Fortnite, I know a mutual who did with Apex. Neither are as big in Asia currently compared to say Valo, League etc. In turn, the West trend to chase trends with shooters. One moment Warzone will pop off, the next it might be a flavour of the month like The Finals.
>LanguageMost EN streamers that specialise in this style of content speak English. Or to be blunt, barely grasp English. Look at the notable FSP content creators on Twitch. They are dumbasses most of the time. One evening with Cloak or Nickmercs is enough to get an idea. The others that do know some English are Eastern Europeans who go onto racial tangents when they lose a few rounds in CS:GO. My bet is despite being advertised as EN, they still want Japanese too.
>LimitationsVSPO EN objective is to hire multiple (ideally) female, e-sports or high KD ratio gamers that also have a love or service level interest in anime to join. I assure you if a female had that skill set already, she is signed with an org. Nijisanji made the same mistake with it's "GAMERS" wave audition. They have far too many demands that filter just about everyone.
