So Riku's statement was alright. If it wasn't on the heels of the livers going nuclear, it would have have been a placid PR statement that admits some fault and claims they want to do better.

But it could have been better. And I don't mean by being more specific and actionable, but by vaguely covering EN's public statements to make the communication part stronger and such.

After thinking on this, I realized that the statement explicitly doesn't cover any actions performed by EN management, only JP management. It's all about what JP's doing, JP is sinking money into expanding staff, JP put out a bad statement, JP is building new reporting mechanisms. What's going on behind the scenes that JP is washing their hands of liability for EN management?
