There's no doubt in my mind; because Riku had to bow, a Mcfucking Japanese top chief executive, then his next move is going to tardwrangle all of the crap step by step. If a boss needs to get his hands dirty personally, expect bloodshed.

YES, he obviously could manage the branch better, he could get in better managers - but in his defense: he could perfectly think Eliria is his A-chan. A person which he can trust and he can delegate managing the branch to her. If a dude doesn't know English at all, if nobody around him in high management role knows English: such crap can happen and he won't be able to cross-examine it. YES, he should do better, and now, after stocks being hit - he surely has to regret this, and is busy fixing the situation right now.
I expect there is already some discussion between Dokibird and Anycolor directly between lawyers, ignoring NijiEN branch entirely, trying to resolve the dispute in settlement. That's one thing, I sincerely doubt Anycolor want to damage their reputation over few shitters at NijiEN. That's what settlement and negotiations are for.
Another thing is dealing with NijiEN branch as whole. It will take time to scrutinize financial reports and such; but man. Eliria & co. shouldn't worry about Dokibird, they should be worrying about Anycolor discovering the amount of money they were stealing from the company. They will be made out as a scapegoats, and thrown under the bus immediately, then slapped with a court case for embezzlement by ANYCOLOR lawyers.
